Our volunteer-led team is committed to helping you navigate workplace accommodations, ensuring your voice is heard and your needs are met in a respectful and supportive environment.

Our Services

We offer tailored support in drafting advocacy letters that articulate your needs effectively, using neuroaffirming language and a deep understanding of the social model of disability. Our services are designed to:

Educate on your rights and the accommodations you are entitled to in the workplace.
Empower you to communicate your needs confidently with employers.
Advocate for an inclusive environment that recognises neurodiversity as a valuable aspect of workplace diversity.

How It Works

Initial Contact:

Use our simple online form to describe your situation and the accommodations you are seeking.

This helps us understand your unique needs.

Our team reviews requests every Friday. We prioritise cases based on urgency and need, ensuring that we can provide timely and effective support.

Leveraging resources from Thriving Autistic, we draft a personalised advocacy letter for your review.

Once you review and approve the draft, you can use this letter to formally request accommodations from your employer.
