ABOUT JENNIE

Hello, my name is Jennie and I am an Occupational Therapist. I am very excited to be joining the team at Thriving Autistic.

I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2003 and have always worked in the field of mental health. More recently I have just completed my PG Cert in Sensory Integration – it is a concept that really fascinates me. The reason I became interested in Sensory Integration was down to my children and the difficulties that they were experiencing on a day to day basis. They are both neurodivergent as am I.

I love being an Occupational Therapist as I like working with people, I have a very practical daily living occupation-based approach.
