Thriving Autistic Membership

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Thriving Autistic!
 
Before you join our community, please read these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to Autistic and otherwise Neurodivergent adults who support the aims and objectives of Thriving Autistic. You must be 18 years or older to apply.


2. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will have access to exclusive resources, support networks, advocacy tools, and the opportunity to contribute to our community initiatives. Specific benefits are outlined in your welcome package.


3. Member Conduct

Members are expected to foster a supportive, respectful environment. Discrimination, harassment, or any behaviour that undermines the dignity of others is strictly prohibited.


4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. We commit to protecting your personal information and will not share it without your explicit consent. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


5. Intellectual Property

Content provided by Thriving Autistic, including resources, tools, and course materials, is owned by Thriving Autistic and is for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Modifications to Terms

Thriving Autistic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.


7. Membership Fees

There are no membership fees. Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance.


8. Termination of Membership

Members may terminate their membership at any time. Thriving Autistic also reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates these terms or engages in conduct harmful to the organization or its members.


9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled through mediation, with both parties seeking a mutually beneficial resolution.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Ireland. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ireland.
