Meet Theresa

Theresa Quinn

Hello, Theresa here and I’m really proud to be a member of the Thriving Autistic coaching team.

I’ve used coaching skills all my life in education, working with neurodivergent children and in the fitness industry, to support others build on their strengths and live a thriving life.

I took the permanent step into coaching in 2018, completing a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

I have had a varied life and career with many pitfalls along the way. Being able to draw on my strengths and reframe my thinking has enabled me to thrive during difficult circumstances.

Now, being able to coach others to do the same, is what I strive to do. I am delighted to be able to bring my experience of coaching clients with a variety of neurodivergencies to Thriving Autistic.

I particularly enjoy bringing the fun into coaching, after all, it’s easier to thrive when we enjoy what we do and are having fun!
